Sometimes your warranty claims from your techs in the field will show OEM parts as both failed and replaced.  For every almost every OEM part, there is a corresponding service part which is the same number but ends in an ‘S’.  For compressors there is a similar number for service compressors except for the last 3 digits. This is important, please be sure to use the correct service part. “This could require retraining of your technicians.”
